What is Square Appointments
Square Appointments is a trusted and secure online booking system we use to manage our Indo Soul Hair appointments at the Edinburgh salon in Leith Walk.
It is completely safe and secure, so please use this to book your Indo Soul Hair appointments.
What are my options?
Your options are: Haircut, Cut & Style, Blow Dry, Restyle, Hair Up, Shave, Colour, Colour Correction, Conditioning Cream bath and massage. If you are unsure we are here to offer advice and guidance too!
Can you cut at my house?
Yes we can! We appreciate that not everyone wants to, or is able to, visit a salon. We are happy to visit you at you home and provide all of our services in the comfort of your own home (by appointment). We may ask you to wash you hair in advance of any appointment.
Can you vist at weekends or evenings?
Absolutely, but again this is by appointment
Do I need a Skin / Patch Test?
If you are wanting us to apply colour or specialised products to your hair, then in most cases a skin test will be required before we can carry out the colour service. This is for your safety and is a legal requirement to ensure there are no adverse reactions. If we have previously tested you for a colour by a specific brand, a second test will not be required.
Are you a Qualified Professional?
Indeed! Ani, the Indo Soul Hair owner, has completed 3 years of professional training and obtained ‘Hairdressing VTCT SVQ Level 3’. Ani, the business owner has also been trained and is qualified in multiple hair extension techniques. Furthermore, Ani is trained in the assessment of hair types and the application of professional products such as Olaplex and FABRIQ.
In addition to this Ani was also awarded ‘Wella Student of the Year’ prior to completing her course and also has significant experience in both college and high end salons in Edinburgh.
Hijab niqab and burka hair cuts?
We can visit you at your home by appointment, or, we may be able to arrange for you to visit the salon in Edinburgh on a day when it is usually closed so that you have privacy for a cut & style.
What is the minimum Age for Hair Colouring
You must be at least 16 years of age for hair colour treatments and applications.
What Payment Options are There?
We can take payment in cash or credit card, including Apply Pay and Google Pay etc.
What about Insurance
We are fully insured, but we have never had to call upon our insurance!
Do you issue refunds?
Generally we do not offer refunds, nor have we ever been asked for any. We work with you to ensure the the finished result is what you want and makes you feel good!
